About this Module
This 5 hour, online module has two topics. These are External Environment (2.5 hours) and Stakeholder Environment (2.5 hours). Topic 1 (External Environment) You will learn the importance and the key factors of scanning the external environment. After this session, you will be able to: 1. Explain the importance of the factors that affect the external environment. These factors are technology, economic, political/legal/regulatory and social/cultural. Topic 2 (Stakeholder Environment) You will learn the importance and the key factors of scanning the stakeholder environment. After this session, you will be able to: 1.
