The traditional way of competing for customers through innovative and best products/services offering is no longer enough to keep your current customers or to increase your customer base.  To be successful in this ever-changing business environment, you will need to understand your customers’ needs and strive to meet that need. Customer Experience Management will enable you to better manage your customers by leveraging on the use of interactive information technology to meet the needs of your customers, and create a different consumer experience for them.  In this lesson, you will learn to explain Customer Experience Management and how it is used to manage customer base . You will also learn to use interactive information technology  to understand individual customers and have the opportunity to apply CXM concepts in the hands-on practice segment.
