About this Module
This module aims to introduce participants with the basic research methodologies UX practitioners apply in their research phase to better understand the needs of the users. Through understanding of the users, you will be able to identify the root cause of the problems and the needs of the users, hence applying the most appropriate solution to aid in the completion of user objective.
