About this Module

This module aims to help students develop an appreciationĀ for the importance of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) food safety management system used in the food industry. Students at the end of the module would have a good understanding on the 5 preliminary steps and 7 basic principles employed in the development of the HACCP system.
