Analytical Chemistry 2: SpectroscopyEnrol

Spectroscopy is the 2nd module in the subject Analytical Chemistry. In this module, you will learn two important spectroscopic techniques in analytical chemistry: 1) UV-VIS spectroscopy: used for quantification of molecules that absorb UV-VIS radiation 2) Atomic absorption spectroscopy: used for quantification of elements (mainly metals and metalloids). You will learn the following topics about these two techniques: 1) Principles: the theories behind the two techniques; 2) Calculations: how to calculate the concentration of analytes using the two techniques; 3) Applications: specific areas of applications; 4) Instrumentation: the equipment used in the two techniques.
