About this Module
This module provides you with an overview of the MICE industry and introduces you to the 4 interrelated components of MICE and its stakeholders. With this background, you will be able to appreciate the MICE industry in Singapore and recognise its competitive advantage and achievements. This module also covers Incentive Travel, a component of MICE. You will find out the characteristics of incentive travel, the features of an award programme and learn how to design an incentive itinerary.
