You will be given an introduction to the organiser of meetings and conventions, how they manage attendees on site. You will also be given an insight to the types of services needed in order to make meetings and conventions successful and the trends in this dynamic sector.

With this background, you will be able to appreciate the MICE industry in Singapore and recognise its competitive advantage and achievements. This module also covers Incentive Travel, a component of MICE. You will find out the characteristics of incentive travel, the features of an award programme and learn how to design an incentive itinerary.
